Unless you already have a DBS check, candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure. You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK. The cost of the enhanced DBS check will be deducted from your pay.
Candidates that are successful at the application stage will be invited to a training and assessment day. Here you will be interviewed, asked to perform practical group exercises and learn more about the high standards required.
As part of the training our designated safeguarding officer will teach all of our safeguarding policies and procedures. Note you will be tested on this.
